Judgement is the next generation of situational judgement tests (SJTs), designed to measure a variety of factors required to be successful in a particular role (or set of roles) within an organisation. They are widely accepted in the market as very robust and valid assessments due their close match to the hiring organisation’s culture and role requirements.

An SJT can be used to measure a range of criteria, including: key competencies, organisational values, culture fit, motivation, preferred behaviour and attitude.

Our situational judgement tests present you with a series of realistic work-related scenarios. Each question contains a number of different actions to choose from, and it is your job to decide which of these is the most effective course of action in the given situation. The purpose of the test is to assess your ability to make effective judgements in response to various scenarios. Your responses are then measured against the required competencies and a ‘fit’ score is generated.

You should receive feedback on your situational judgement test direct from the recruiter, hiring organisation or your employer. Even if it isn't initially offered, don't be afraid to ask for feedback on your performance as it may help in future situations.
